A note about your data's privacy

There are some basic privacy questions at the bottom of the form, so that we can comply with GDPR regulations. Your personal details are kept in a secure local database, and we do not share them with any third party without your express permission. Even then, the only third party are the publishers of the proceedings (currently OSA), who will need your mailing address to send you your copy.

In most countries, you do not need to have PayPal account, but can if you want sign in as a guest by checking the credit/debit card option. If this option is not shown on the next page, it is because of financial regulations in your country.
